Built from Biomekka 1.8.25.

Dashboard-only dice readability fix:
- Changed the storm dice number from raw text inside the dice div to a dedicated span.
- Added a smaller matching centre polygon/plate over the dice facet lines.
- Kept the facet/edge lines visible around the centre.
- Kept the existing roll animation.
- Kept the random final dice wonk/offset, limited to a small upright angle.
- Updated JavaScript so roll animation writes to the dice number span instead of replacing the whole dice element contents.
