Biomekka 1.8.41 - Trickle 5s relay reassert

Changed:
- Kept trickle at 5 seconds ON every 3 minutes.
- Reduced trickle retry throttle from 5 seconds to 1 second.
- Added 1-second TRICKLE:ON reasserts during the 5-second ON window.
- This reduces missed Goblin/I2C parse/relay command events where the ESP logs the cycle but the physical relay does not move.

Unchanged:
- Main ESP still owns the schedule.
- Goblin still only switches D10 from TRICKLE:ON / TRICKLE:OFF.
- No humidity, storm, quiet-mode, door-open, lighting, rain, mist, spray, or manual-output lockouts.
